I have to confess that, in spite of my discomfort with being too egotistical and my revulsion from the prevailing cult of celebrity, this website is almost all about me. This page is the exception. Here I make available work I especially value by colleagues and friends.
One example is the intellectual tour de force of Clive Spash's critical account of carbon trading (pdf, 230 K) which he calls 'The Brave New World of Carbon Trading'
Another is the classic account by Colin Hines of the problems with global trade, which amounts to an explanation of why trade can never make poverty history. He relates it to the story of Jekyll and Hyde (pdf, 116 K)
Here you can download Pete North's presentation on local money (pptx, 2102 K)
